Hi there, my name is John Carstairs and I’m the owner of Intensive Driving School. I have been a Government Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) for 6 years and I work in Glasgow and surrounding areas.

Before becoming an instructor, I was a Royal Engineer in the Army as an A1 driver with 13 years of experience. During my time in the Army, I had an amazing time, and allowed me the opportunity to do many various driving courses, helping me now to fine tune my business, so my customers only get the best training available.

My motto is ‘Safe and Confident Drivers’, and its my aim to teach every single one of my students to the highest of standards, to allow them to become safe drivers for life, not just a driving test.
